一、應徵資格：具國內外之地球物理、地震、地質等地球科學相關領域博士學位，有博士後研究一年以上經歷者尤佳。
二、預定起聘時間：116 年 8 月 1 日（依本校完成審查作業而定）
三、教學規定：新進教師每年必須至少2學分的英語授課。
四、應徵人必須備妥下列資料：
1. 詳細履歷表（含重要學經歷、學術著作目錄、專長領域、通訊方式）。
2. 博士班成績單影本、博士學位證書影本（國外學歷須經駐外單位驗證）、教師證書影印本（已具教師資格者）。
3. 最近五年內重要著作3至5篇（指定其中1篇為代表作）。
4. 教學（含可授課程列表）及研究計畫書。
5. 提供三位推薦人姓名及其聯絡方式。
6. 其它有助於瞭解申請者背景之資料。

Faculty Positions in Earth Sciences
Department of Earth Sciences, National Central University
The Department of Earth Sciences at National Central University (NCU) invites applications for several full-time faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor or above, including regular and project-based positions.
  1. Qualifications
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree from a domestic or overseas institution in an Earth science-related field, such as Geophysics, Seismology, or Geology. At least one year of postdoctoral research experience is preferred.
  1. Anticipated Start Date
August 1, 2027, subject to completion of the University’s review process.
  1. Teaching Requirement
New faculty members are required to teach at least two credits in English each academic year.
  1. Application Materials
Applicants should submit the following:
  1. A detailed curriculum vitae, including academic and professional experience, a list of publications, areas of expertise, and contact information.
  2. Copies of the doctoral transcript and diploma. Degrees awarded by overseas institutions must be authenticated by the relevant overseas representative office. Applicants who already hold a teaching certificate should also provide a copy.
  3. Three to five significant publications from the past five years, with one designated as the representative publication.
  4. Teaching and research plans, including a list of courses the applicant can teach.
  5. The names and contact information of three referees.
  6. Any other materials that may help the committee understand the applicant’s background.
