- 報名與繳費期限： 請至報名網頁辦理，並於 2025 年 5 月 16 日前 完成繳費。
- 繳費方式： 一律於報名網頁線上繳交。
- 人數限制： 限額 25 名， 依原活動公告辦理。
- 退費規定： 本活動不另退費，請慎重考慮後再報名； 未支出之費用將作為 2025 年年會暨學術研討會之經費運用。
